Whilst litter-picking in Higham Hill this spring, we realised that there were no bins along the local footpaths. We put a proposal to our ward councillors and it was approved!
We now have three shiny new bins located at the footpath entrances from Durban Road, Sandpiper Close and Academy Way.
Hopefully they’ll help keep the footpaths cleaner and make it easier for everyone to dispose of their rubbish responsibly.
A small change that should make a difference!
