The park’s recent refurbishment included the addition of mature trees that then needed watering over the hotter part of 2020, as their root networks take time to establish. A team of 15 fantastic local volunteers each took a few of the new trees under their wing and attentively brought them water, from their homes or the Muslim cemetery, each week. A big thank you to everybody who took part in the project.
COVID19 Update
